Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets within SLA guidelines.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT policies and security protocols.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to address complex infrastructure needs.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software conflicts effectively.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
