Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, analyzing emerging trends and disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Produce annual 'Future Horizon Reports' with actionable market entry recommendations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and board members securing $500M+ R&D funding
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership through industry keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Credibility with Fortune 500 CTOs and venture capital communities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
