Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients via remote access and phone.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to non-technical users to resolve common IT problems.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex tickets and provide feedback on product usability.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and software updates to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certification in IT (CompTIA A+) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and think critically under pressure.
