Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during weekend shifts.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and software installations.
- Perform routine system backups and security checks to ensure data integrity.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team during off-hours to prioritize critical tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification (A+, Network+) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Experience with troubleshooting network issues and hardware repairs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday.
