Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content including whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Establish quantitative forecasting models for industry evolution and competitive positioning
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and long-term resource allocation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
