Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Design innovation frameworks for circular economy and climate-resilient business models
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of launching at least three market-defining innovations
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
