Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Curate and analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify paradigm shifts
- Present strategic visions to C-suite stakeholders and investment partners
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across departments
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-generation technologies and applications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, digital transformation)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
