- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on socioeconomic, geopolitical, and technological disruptions
- Architect adaptive business strategies for volatile future environments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Present strategic insights at global conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
- Experience advising C-level leadership on future strategy implementation
