- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 3-5 high-impact pilot programs
- Build and mentor a diverse team of 15+ futurists and technologists
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU research consortia
- Present findings to investors and board members in quarterly innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record scaling pilot programs into revenue-generating products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or Nature journal
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
