Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone and ticketing systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software applications including Microsoft Office and OS updates.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure rapid resolution.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires regarding company IT policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software solutions and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak periods.
