Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation with proven 2020+ technology implementation track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry white papers

- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets for long-term R&D initiatives
