Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author quarterly trend reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Design early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into business strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
