Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and technological singularity indicators to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops with C-suite executives and industry partners
- Design and implement predictive analytics models using quantum computing and AI-driven simulations
- Author authoritative '2026 Horizon Reports' for Fortune 100 clients and government entities
- Spearhead NextGen Talent Development programs identifying future skill requirements for 2026 workforce
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with emphasis on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neural interfaces
- Represent FutureHorizon at Davos, World Economic Forum, and global policy summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 12+ years strategic foresight experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technology forecasting
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, generative AI, and biotech disruption modeling
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies with measurable ROI impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CSSF) and Systems Dynamics Modeling
- Deep network within DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to UN Security Council and G20 forums
- Fluency in at least two languages with cultural intelligence across 15+ countries
