Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptors relevant to 2026

- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps
- Establish and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future trends and their implications
- Advise leadership on strategic pivots and innovation opportunities based on future projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning methodologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization proficiency
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning preferred
