Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the adoption and integration of next-gen technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing).
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Assess emerging tech trends and provide strategic recommendations for investment.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure optimal performance of third-party platforms.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure tech success and ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Experience in the FinTech or Healthcare sectors is a significant plus.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
