Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor integration
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing patents and IP portfolios
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum information theory
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum systems with demonstrated qubit coherence >100ms
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/industry research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
