- Establish innovation ecosystems through university partnerships and startup collaborations
- Present technology forecasts to global stakeholders at industry summits
- Build and lead a 15-person specialized innovation team
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies (target: 10+ annually)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with Fortune 500 technology transformation programs
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
