In this role, you will act as the first line of defense for our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and rapid resolution.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Provide tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical problems.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform regular system updates and patch management.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of network configurations and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
