Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Jira/Zendesk).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a remote and office setting.
- Monitor system performance and security alerts during weekend shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements and patch updates.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure proper utilization of company software tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT service management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and be willing to cover holiday shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
