Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism
- Published research on AGI alignment or neural-symbolic AI
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures
- Track record of scaling AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep understanding of neurotechnology and biocomputing
- Experience with global AI policy development
