Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops
- Optimize ML pipelines for real-time processing at scale
- Collaborate with product teams to align AI solutions with business objectives
- Drive innovation through prototyping of next-gen AI applications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture with 3+ years in enterprise solutions
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI practices
- Proven track record of architecting production-grade AI systems
