Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and market disruptions to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight research into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and scenario planning documents
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Fluency in emerging tech landscapes (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
