Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision, aligning business goals with emerging AI trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate predictive analytics into core business processes.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring scalability and security.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex strategies to the C-suite.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or executive strategy role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and future-of-work technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority.
