Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on rapid resolution and high satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management when necessary to prevent customer churn.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (if applicable to hybrid role).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
