Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails with a focus on quality and speed.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and order tracking.
- Resolve complex customer issues using sound judgment and empathy.
- Update customer records and resolve discrepancies in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve service delivery and workflow.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
