- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and account modifications using proprietary CRM software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex payment issues
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote premium services
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
