Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify inventory and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
