Responsibilities
- Operate industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution using appropriate packaging materials.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workflow.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers with accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
