Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and inventory warehouse areas to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available for overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
