Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform stock counts, organize storage areas, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement for all candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain organized records.
