Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise in the warehouse inventory system.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards and reduce returns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred for warehouse transport duties.
