As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently. We provide comprehensive training, safety equipment, and a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely operate material handling equipment to move inventory in and out of the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using handheld scanners.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and securing of packages.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Weekends included).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
