- Drive partnerships with research institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Secure $50M+ innovation budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, Web3, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year roadmap execution
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or major industry conferences
- Successful P&L management for $30M+ innovation portfolios
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
