- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and conflict resolution.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and process transactions using our internal CRM systems.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, filing, and inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
