Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and service requests using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, resolution rate)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- 0-2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication skills and active listening ability
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid US work authorization
