Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval.
- Package and label shipments securely for local and national delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory checks using warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We provide comprehensive training for all candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth location.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
