As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to client sites to perform maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for our partners.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential equipment.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working in the field.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and parts used accurately in the company database.
- Interact professionally with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.
- Manage inventory of tools and parts for daily assignments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related technical field (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or General Maintenance).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders.
