Responsibilities
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance visits to ensure client equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Interact professionally with clients to diagnose technical issues and provide clear explanations of solutions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date service logs and digital documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and local industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the central dispatch team to optimize daily routes and schedules.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required for local travel.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
