Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment and machinery.
- Conduct on-site repairs and installations according to safety standards.
- Document all service visits, repairs, and parts used accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand technical needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
- Travel to various job sites within the Detroit metro area and surrounding regions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tool inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
