Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees and external clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and accurately.
- Manage IT ticketing systems, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security patch updates.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
