Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist users via phone, email, and remote desktop to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose connectivity problems, printer failures, and application errors efficiently.
- Manage Ticketing Systems: Log and track all support requests in our CRM to ensure high service levels.
- Software Installation: Configure and update operating systems and essential business applications.
- Client Training: Conduct training sessions to help users maximize productivity and security awareness.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Education: Associate degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11, and basic networking concepts.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
