Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure 99.9% uptime and security.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and basic hardware components.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
