Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and update customer support tickets in our CRM system.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
