Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure security and performance standards.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex technical issues across the full stack and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and drive project timelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during the development lifecycle.
- Deployment & CI/CD: Manage deployment pipelines and ensure smooth integration of new features into production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced contract environment.
