About the Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver solutions that are not only robust but also user-centric. Your expertise will guide technical decisions and mentor junior developers within the team.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features, prioritize technical debt, and drive product innovation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on code quality and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
