Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations for 8-10 team members across high-volume retail zones
- Execute inventory protocols and visual merchandising standards during off-peak hours
- Resolve customer escalations with solution-focused approach during weekend rushes
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash reconciliation and security checks
- Train weekend associates on product knowledge and service excellence metrics
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-traffic weekend periods
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays/Sundays, 6am-10pm shifts)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic POS system proficiency and inventory management knowledge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-store coverage
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts during weekend operations
