Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend retail operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage team scheduling and delegate tasks efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain stockroom organization
- Resolve customer inquiries and implement store policies
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Prepare end-of-day reports and weekend summaries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Long Beach location
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
