Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Data Management: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve complex cases.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
