Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing effective solutions to ensure retention.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Log all interactions into the CRM system with precision to ensure comprehensive customer history.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that benefit the customer.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product and technical teams to escalate issues and improve service protocols.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow company policies and scripts while maintaining a friendly, empathetic tone.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure with a calm demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
