Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Provide exceptional client support for daily pay inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Onboard new team members and train them on daily pay systems and protocols
- Collaborate with finance team to reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor daily pay system performance and escalate technical issues promptly
- Develop and implement process improvements for daily pay operations
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and California financial regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in payroll processing or financial services
- Proficiency with payroll software (ADP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions
- Experience with daily pay or instant payment systems preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- California financial services license or willingness to obtain
